You’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as your jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Here’s how to get started:
Email us at 📧 support@louisecartershop.zendesk.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

Carefully package your jewellery and send it back using a tracked service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Tracking is required for refunds. If no tracking is provided, we can only issue store credit.
🔒 Note about earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged — even if they haven’t been worn. Thank you for understanding 💛
💡 Tip: Always keep your tracking receipt until your refund or store credit is confirmed.
