Customer covers return postage
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Exceptions: damaged or incorrect items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll happily cover the cost by sending a replacement, reshipping, or issuing store credit 💕

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds require tracking details to be provided.
If tracking information isn’t shared with us, we can only issue store credit.
