   • Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund back to the payment method used at checkout.

   • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

2. Store credit (Louise Carter Gift Card)

   • If you’d prefer, we can issue a Louise Carter gift card for the amount paid.

   • Your gift card will be sent via email, never expires, and can be used on any future order ✨
