If your jewelry isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you exchange it within 30 days of delivery 💕
Here’s how it works:

Request your exchange
Email us at 📧 support@louisecartershop.zendesk.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.

Return your original item
Send the item back using a tracked shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is on its way, please email us the tracking number and link so we can monitor its progress.

Receive your replacement
Once your return is on the way (with tracking provided), we’ll arrange shipment of your replacement jewelry. ✨
📌 Note about earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged — even if they haven’t been worn.
💡 Tip: Let us know the exact product name and variant (e.g. color or size) you’d like for your exchange, so we can get it right the first time.
